Throughout your studies, you’ll have access to industry-standard equipment to develop your skills, achieving a broader understanding of engineering in real workshop settings and specially fitted classrooms.
Cheshire College is proud to have strong links with major brands at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. These relationships benefit our students immensely as they explore work placements, advice and Apprenticeship or employment opportunities.
Our fashion students have progressed onto employment within the industry in roles such as a Fashion Retail Buyer and Visual Merchandiser. Others have advanced onto University to study a degree in fashion-related subjects.
“I chose to study Economics, French and Law at 6th Form but soon realised that I’d made the wrong choice and should have followed a creative route. By doing the Level 3 course it meant I was able to progress on to a Degree in Buying and Merchandising at Manchester Metropolitan University, which is something I hadn’t considered. I feel confident to leave College knowing that I’m ready to go to university, which is something I couldn’t have imagined a year ago.”
