How to apply

The Course

This Level 3 course equips students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills required for supporting children and young people in educational settings. It covers key areas such as child and adolescent support, strategies for promoting positive behaviour and effective collaboration with teachers to enhance learning throughout the curriculum. The course prepares students for a specialist role within schools or colleges and enables them to make a meaningful contribution to the educational experience.

A work placement with responsibilites for learning, linked to 1-1 or small groups of pupils, in a school setting is required for this qualification.
You could progress to further study at Level 4 at the College.

Adults can enrol for FREE

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you’re aged 19+ you’ll more than likely be eligible to enrol onto an adult course for FREE.
