The Course

‘Stir it up’ 

Festive pudding and cake making classes – with a festive tipple.

Stir up Sunday is a tradition that dates back to Victorian times and falls on Sunday November 24th this year. The ritual involves families coming together to get their fruit puddings stirred up, steamed and stored ahead of Christmas. Each member of the family would take a turn to give all the ingredients a good mix and help tick off the first task of the festive season. 

This is a 3 week course with the final week featuring a dessert wine pairing class and takes place on the following dates:

Students could progress to Level 2 Bakery and Patisserie.
