The Course

Traditional Pies and Puds – an introduction to the art of making sumptuous pie’s and pudding’s. Starting Monday 13th January for 4 weeks, 9:30am – 12:30pm.

Celebrate British Pie week – by learning how to perfect your delicious pies and puds. To include on the final week ales and wines to compliment your pies.

There are no entry requirements. This course is for students 19+.
Students could progress to Level 2 Bakery and Patisserie.
