How to apply

The Course

This course introduces students to the core principles of small-scale project management, offering practical skills for planning and delivering successful projects. Students will learn how to set realistic goals, prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and manage risks. The course also explores widely used tools such as Gantt charts, project timelines, and tracking methods to help maintain schedules and budgets.

By the end of the course, students will understand how to manage projects efficiently using digital tools. This is ideal for those looking to apply structured project planning in business, creative, or community settings.

There are no formal qualifications required. An interest in organisation, planning, or business is recommended. This course is suitable for students aged 19+.
You can progress onto a Marketing or Business Level 2 course.

Adults can enrol for FREE

You may see a fee attached to the course you’re interested in, but if you’re aged 19+ you’ll more than likely be eligible to enrol onto an adult course for FREE.
