The Course

With the increasing importance of statistics in our everyday lives, studying A level Statistics has never been more relevant or valuable. This course will equip you with the essential knowledge and skills required to confidently navigate through the ever-evolving field of statistics and to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.  This course makes a perfect combination with A Level Mathmatics.

The course covers a wide range of topics including:

These topics are essential components of the modern data analysis toolbox, and you will learn how to use analysis tools to effectively to draw meaningful conclusions from data.

This course will be assessed via a mixture of assignments, course work and exams.

Typically you will need 5 GCSEs, including two grade 5/B (or above) and three grade 4/C (or above) including maths or English. For this course, you will also need a Maths GCSE grade of 5 (or above) (Higher Tier).
Most of our A-Level students also go on to study at top universities. An A Level qualification in statistics could lead to degree courses in subjects such as psychology, sociology, geography, economics, and political science.
